20 . On August 24, 2020, the House granted leave to Shri V D Satheesan MLA to move the following motion:

" ശ്രി. പിണറായി വിജയൻറെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള മന്ത്രിസഭയിൽ ഈ സഭ അവിശ്വാസം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു ".

The motion was discussed on 24th August, 2020 and was put to vote and it was declared as lost. When the motion was put to vote 40 Members voted for it and 87 Members voted against it. The motion was declared lost.
